I've spent the last few years leading teams that build and ship infrastructure software. Before that I was an individual contributor. Before that I was teaching myself to code.

This site is where I write about what I'm learning. Mostly that means how AI is reshaping the way we build software, and what that looks like from the perspective of someone who manages engineers but still wants to stay hands-on.
